We will soon be introducing a new eCard system on the Skola partal!

Using the "Skola eCard" system, you can easily send birthday cards or other greeting cards to your friends or family. This is similar to other eCard systems available online, but the special thing about Skola eCard is that all card designs will be created by students or teachers!

So, we encourage all teachers and students to design the cards. The cards can be sent to us on raxerri@schoolnet.gov.mt. The cards we receive till 25th March 2006 will participate in this month's competition and the best 4 will win. The more cards you send the greater the chance to win. All the cards of acceptable quality will be included in the eCard system.

The card pictures can be:

• Drawn by hand and then scanned
• Drawn on the Computer using Paint, Powerpoint, Photoshop, PaintShop, Flash, or any other program
• A photograph taken using a digital or film camera

The cards can be still pictures, animated gifs, or Flash movies. You can add text, such as "Happy Mothers' Day", a saying or poem.

We will have these card categories: Birthday, Easter, Christmas, Halloween, Carnival, Mothers' Day, Fathers' Day, Friendship, Sorry, and Scenes from Malta. We may add more categories as required.

You can NOT find a ready made picture and send it to us as if it was your own! For more help, email us or visit the forum.
